Object payment plan in Tachograph issues

The article explains what to do when the object is not appearing in the tacho downloads list, like below:

If the object is not appearing in the Tacho downloads list, it can be one of the following reasons:

  • Object is not sending data.

  • Object does not have Tacho support activated.

  • Object does not have a proper payment plan selected that includes Tacho files download availability.

  • Other reasons.

Steps:

1 - Go to "Objects"

2 - Search for the needed object

3 - Press "View/Edit"

4 - Scroll down to "Payment plan" box

5 - Check which payment plan is selected and compare it to THIS ARTICLE if it includes Tachograph files download functionality

6 - Client should change the object payment plan if he/she wants to see the object in the Tacho downloads list

NOTE: Object payment plan can be changed only by SP from his Admin Panel.

NOTE: If you see that the set payment plan should include tachograph files downloading, but the object is still not appearing in the list, you can try to re-save object settings in LCM and re-load the TT2 page. Sometimes it can help.
