Description:

Phone numbers are saved as numbers in the database, therefore we cannot have leading zeros.

Example:
Phone expected to enter: 0729920926 (will not be accepted because we already have the same number in the database).

Phone already in the database: 729920926 (currently not assigned to any object).
Error when creating a new SIM card received:

In cases like this, we should ask the client if she/he would rather use the phone without the leading zero. The system works as designed. But if the client really needs this number with the leading zero, you will need to open a New feature estimation (NFE) request.
