Description:

In order to check SIM card states you will need credentials to access the Network Provider platform. Request them to your direct manager.

Scenarios:

Usually the easiest way to identify the Network provider of a SIM card is by checking the IMEI of a device in ERP or LCM (ERP is preferred since it contains less errors), and then check the first digits of the IMSI or MSISDN (phone number) associated with it and cross reference with the help of the table below.

You can then use the acquired IMSI or MSISDN number to search for the SIM card in the portal and ascertain its state and/or coverage plan.
