Description

How to check and confirm that the process of downloading DDD files from the tachograph was successful (with all the necessary download marks, information etc.).

After making sure that all the requirements from the recommendations are met, primarily for the article https://my.ruptela.com/hc/en-us/articles/5160758000029-Requirements-for-the-correct-successful-download-of-tachograph-DDD-files -

let's consider an example of downloading and checking the correctness of the downloaded .DDD file from the TrustTrack platform:

Steps:

1 - click on the icons of the downloaded files to download the file to your computer for verification

2 - the client can ask us to confirm that all files have been downloaded correctly and correctly, for which we can check the necessary data for the period specified by the client in the TrustTrack system (or if the client uses only our trackers on their own platform, then the client can provide downloaded . DDD files to check if the download is marked and if the file is correct on our part).

3 - it is important to understand that if the client wants to check this on his own, then he must have a special program for working with DDD files (the client must take care of acquiring a license and installing a specialized program for checking.

4 - in our case, the most convenient program for checking is "Tacho-SYS . Tachograph File Viewer"

, but the client can also use similar programs, such as "readesm" and others.

5 - File --> open --> Download activity Data

"downloadingTime" indicates the date and time of the last successful download which is stamped in the tachograph .DDD file.

Actually, this is a confirmation of successful downloading on the specified date.
