How to set client's SMS notification limit

Description:

The monthly SMS limit specifies the maximum amount of SMS alerts TT2 can send from on client's objects events. Each limit has its specific fee, so if a client requests an increase it is important to notify and receive confirmation from Software Product Manager - Neringa Andrulyte that you can proceed.

NOTE: SMS limit resets at 1st month day 00:00:00 GMT 0

Sales manager has to provide the following information:

Client name or ID

Monthly SMS limit

Steps:

2. Go to "Clients"

3. Search the client and click on "Edit"

4. Set the required SMS limit and click on "Save"

5. You will receive a notification in green:

Client saved
