The clients can create events by themselves and select the method of how to be informed about ongoing events. One of the selections is to deliver notifications via SMS.
Sometimes the client can complain because he is not getting SMS notifications anymore. To check the root cause of it first of all double check if the phone number is entered correctly, by asking the client about it or you can test it by adding your phone number (also it is worth adding your email to check maybe there is a bug with whole notifications from TT2).
At the same time, you can generate a report of sent SMS per client. Log in to the:

Username is - name.surname
Password is - your computer password
On the left-hand side select reports, select client service provider, if it is unknown to you, it can be checked via admin panel, select device FW update, enter client name at the client section the next section is service provider and it will be provided:
Back to the previous page and select the provider, then filter out the client and generate the report. You will receive an excel file with the report:
From this screenshot, there is visible that the SMS monthly limit was reached and this month no SMS will be sent from the client account.
There is a possibility to increase the SMS monthly limit, but it has to be agreed with the sales manager.
To do that follow these steps.
In the admin panel filter out needed client at the clients section press view/edit
There will be a field - SMS limit, here you can increase the agreed limit
