FAQ:

How does support get the Communication Protocol document?

After login in with Support credentials:

How can the Communication Protocol be requested?

Existing clients can request it via a Zendesk ticket by themselves or through their sales managers, in any case a ticket should be raised.

To whom can we share the Communication Protocol?

The Communication Protocol is a confidential document and should only be provided as a pdf file to current non-end-user clients without debt issues. Contact the sales manager if you have a doubt about the current status of said client.

If client want direct access to the restricted Protocol space in our documentation platform, the client must sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

How can Support grant access to the protocol?

A Power Reader for the documentation page should then be created under role Protocol and credentials shared with him afterwards so he can access by himself. Detailed instructions attached.

How do we check if client has signed the NDA?

Login to Salesforce and search the company name and open its "Account" page.

Then scroll down until you reach the NDA checkbox. If it is ticked, the NDA has been signed and you are free to share the protocol document. If it is not, like example below, the NDA must be signed.

How can the client sign the NDA?

Inform the client's sales manager that an NDA has to be signed via Teams, email or Zendesk reply iself. Informing both via On-hold Zendesk reply and Teams at the same time is advisable since you then you are making sure sales manager will notice it.

When sales manager informs that NDA has been signed you are free to share the document.
