Common Steps:
You need to clarify with the client if the deactivation is temporary (suspension) or permanent (termination).
IMPORTANT! All SIM card activation/deactivation requests must be approved by responsible sales manager.
IMPORTANT! Before you permanently terminate SIM card, confirm with sales manager if device must be unlocked. If required refer to Device lock/unlock procedure.
If you are activating temporary suspended SIM card for End-users, send delrecords SMS right after activation. This action will delete internally stored records so that they are not sent to the server.
Inform sales manager and Karolina Butkute (Accounting) to start/stop charging client after SIM card was activated/deactivated.
