Client is asking what parameters can stand for what he see on 3rd party platforms, for example Wialon:

We are not familiar and we don't have to be with any 3rd party platforms, but we can easily refer to our documentation and look for FMIO list:

https://doc.ruptela.com/articles/#!tracking-devices-publication/fmio-list

Here, we can find IO parameters, by following the numbers provided from the clients ticket(176 and 410).

We can provide client answer, that 176 parameter stands for GPS speed and 410 stands for Towing alarm.

Also it is highly recommended to advice client, to contact 3rd party platform support if the IO parameters that you see, as on example, the Wialon platform correspond to the IO parameters that are in our FMIO list.
If that is so - you can advise client to use our FMIO list to understand the parameter by the number.
