We do offer such function to all clients and stop location addresses function can be available for specific client if it is enabled by Ruptela. Stop location addresses function can be enabled, but client must pay additional fee so we could cover increased Google costs.

In case client does not wish to pay for the function, we cannot enable it. In such cases, if it is enough for client, in TrustTrack there is a free option to have address on demand: client can check address on the map by clicking on the stop point on the map.

Required information:

  • SP name

  • Client name

  • Client TT2 ID

  • Web user TT2 ID

Billing for stop location addresses addition:

We are billed additionally by Google for the additional addresses parameters requests made, so our cost price increases. Thus, in cases where client wants to be able to see stop location addresses in trip history module, he must contact the sales manager and agree the usage terms - price that Ruptela will charge additionally for such function.

Before the activation can be started the following questions must be agreed and confirmed with the client in writing:

  1. The function added will not be included in the payment plans that we have now. Additional price agreed with the clients regarding the activation stop location addresses in trip history module must be not less than 1 EUR/per object additional monthly fee. This must be clarified and agreed with the client prior function activation.

  2. Clear billing process must be agreed separately with the client. The suggestion is to bill the client monthly by increasing monthly subscription fee by 1 EUR per object.

Activation steps:

After the price for feature activation with the client is confirmed, steps to activate the stop location addresses are as follows:

  1. Register consultation in JIRA with the request to activate the stop location addresses in trip history module for the specific client. Indicate the client name/Client TT2 ID. Confirm that the price was agreed.

  2. Development team will check the consultation and will activate the function per your request.
