This knowledge article will explain, how to activate new TrustTrack features for clients.
New features such as:
Ability to see addresses of object stop locations in trip history section:

User can add a driving license expiry date of a driver by clicking on a pencil icon located in the top right of the „Driving License Expiry Date“ field.

These new features can only be activated by TT2 team. You will have to create Jira task for features to appear
Start by identifying client, getting information:
1. Check client information, to receive company name;
2. Contact sales manager to receive approval, that Non-disclosure agreement(NDA) have been singed;
3. Get the client TrustTrack2 ID, from LCM;
4. Ask client if these features have to be activated for all web users
After receiving the following, You can register Jira consultation for Trust-Track2 team on these new features activation.
1. Open Jira software and create medium priority consultation for Trust-Track2(GUI) team
2. Fill information about client(company name), what components does this consultation includes(drivers module), client web user ID of administrator and summary, about what this consultation;
3. Describe the issue by including as much as possible information, like what features are requested to be added, for what web users. You can also add ticket number just to ensure that TT2 team would have enough information and activate features as fast as possible.
4. Inform the client, that these features can be activated by our RnD team and You will come back ASAP with an update
5. After Jira task will be resolved
Check if this feature is activate on requested web users, inform the client that feature is activated and close the ticket
