https://weblate.ruptela.lt/ - a tool that our Clients and Partners must use to perform the translations for supported and non-supported languages.
Translation can be performed only by Ruptela’s partner translation agency.
The registration to the platform and credentials are granted by Ruptela. If login for a new user is needed, please register a JIRA (GUI) consultation and provide the email and needed language.

Concerning supported languages on TrustTrack, and supported languages on TrustTrack Driver App:
In case there is a need to add a specific language to the supported languages list, TrustTrack Product Manager (Neringa Andrulytė) must be contacted via Teams/email, or by registering a New Feature Request (NFR) in JIRA.
Business case related to the specific language must be presented.
The decision on whether the language will be added to the supported languages list depends on the business case and strategic sales direction regarding the market where the language is requested.
The costs for the language translation can be covered either by the End Users software development department or - under a separate written agreement with the Head of Regional Sales - by the Sales department.
Concerning non-supported languages on TrustTrack:
In case there is a need to add a specific language to the non-supported languages list, TrustTrack Product Manager (Neringa Andrulytė) must be contacted via Teams/email, or by registering a New Feature Request (NFR) in JIRA.
The Client who will be responsible for translations must be indicated by providing Client’s responsible person name, surname, and email. The possibility to grant the credentials for the translation tool
Ruptela Translations must be assessed.

Please contact us if you are experiencing issues with logging into the translation system.
Note: the changes made in the Translation platform will be visible without SW team activation. However, the translation changes are pushed to the production environment usually once a week (on Mondays), so they will not be visible immediately. If it is necessary to make it quicker, you can register a JIRA consultation to the developers.
