5- Wait for the file to be downloaded (click on "Refresh" to update the Request Status)

Note: instead of waiting for the device to send data on its own to TT2 to get the cfg file, you may speed up the process if you force a link device-server by sending a "connect" command. In case the device is not configured to send data to TT2, this step is mandatory:

"smspassword connect 92.62.134.34,9015,TCP"

6- When "Request Status" changes to "Ready", go to "CFG reception date" column and click on the date to download. (Double check if the date is the current one to avoid downloading an outdated cfg)

7- A download pop-up will appear. Click on Save.

8- Go to the folder where you saved the file. File name is composed by the name of the IMEI of the source device plus the timestamp of the download. Change its extension from the generic .cfg to the one appropriate for the device.
