Description of the issue: According to privacy protection laws (GDPR in particular), we cannot see or modify customer's passwords. Therefore, a unique email address shall be used to create a new password.

However, there may be a situation that email confirmation links do not work due to the system bug (software incident).

The method described below is a workaround and shall not be used in normal conditions.

1. Open the needed webuser in TT1 Admin panel (LCM). In case the setting on the system are correct, you may see the following notification (marked with arrow):

In normal case, the email shall be confirmed for active webusers:

2. Go to "Client" and find the needed client. Then, click "View/Edit":

3. In case everything works correctly, the client should have "Disable TT1" ticked on:

4. Untick "Disable TT1" and click "Save":

5. Navigate back to the webuser and you will be able to see "Password" field. Modify the password the the temporary one, if needed, and click "Save":

After the action has been done, you will be able to login using credentials specified in the webuser settings.

6. Navigate back to "Clients" section and revert the changes (put a tick on "Disable TT1" and save):
