Description
In case client doesn't have access to https://sp-admin.ruptela.com/login and wish to have, you can create it.
You can also change an existing user's password by searching username in case it has been lost.
Required information template:
Service Provider's name
And your preferred credentials:
User's name

Email (you will need it to login)
Password (you will need it to login)
Password requirements:
8 or more characters
Upper & lowercase letters
At least one digit
Once created, the support analyst will send you the credentials and you will be able to access.
Steps:
1- Login to the support version of TT2 Admin: TrustTrack2 superadmin (support only)
2- Go to Service provider users and click on Create new user:
3- Fill in all the required credentials from the information provided by the client and click on Confirm:
A user will be created. It can be searched by Service Provider, Email and Name:
4- Send a user creation confirmation email to the client repeating the credentials and providing the link to login to Service Provider admin panel: https://sp-admin.ruptela.com/login
