Verify, that requested client is not already created in TT2 admin:
Go to https://tt2-admin.ruptela.com/sp-user-managment
NOTE: Sometimes you may get TT2 admin login error.
In such case try opening new incognito window and repeat loginb. In TT2 admin perform search:
If you do not find required Service Provider in TT2-Admin, then perform regular procedure to create SP Admin/Admin lite account via ERP.
If you find required Service Provider account, then follow one of two options:
Option A (new user needs to be added):
(Option A step1) In https://tt2-admin.ruptela.com/sp-user-managment click Create new user and note for yourself that user account credentials;
(Option A step2)
Login to https://dmp.ruptela.com/login with those credentials
NOTE1: login step is necessary for data sync between DMP and UAA;
(Option A step3)
NOTE2: sometimes sync between UAA and DMP creates two identical Client accounts. Please perform search and check if only one account is created.
In case two accounts are detected (assuming those are newly created) - just delete one of these accounts;
(Option A step4) go to Account settings and check if that newly created user is assigned to requested Client;
Option B (user already exists in TT2-Admin):
Note: this is meant only to create a client in DMP, user will be created automatically when client logs in to DMP with his already known SP-Admin credentials);
(Option B, step 1) Create new fake user such as [email protected] with password: DMP_aa_!!_11 ;
(Option B, step 2) Login to https://dmp.ruptela.com/login with those credentials
NOTE: login step is necessary for data sync between DMP and UAA;
(Option B, step 3)

In case two accounts are detected (assuming those are newly created) - just delete one of these accounts;
(Option B, step 4) Check if Client account is correct;
(Option B, step 5) Logout from that temporary account and login with your Ruptela DMP account;
(Option B, step 6) find that temporary user and delete it from DMP;
(Option B, step 7) verify if that client account is still present in DMP;
(Option B, step 8) go to TT2 Admin and delete temporary account from that Client;
4. If default DMP user role “Administrator“ needs to be adjusted (such as into Operator or Observer) or user Full Name needs to be updated:With “Ruptela UAB” user account (minimum permission level Operator) login to https://dmp.ruptela.com/login;
Go to page Users and perform search of required user:
