How to create Standard or Lite LCM account

LCM or Locator Control Manager (also called Admin Panel or TT Admin), is a platform for Service Providers to create objects, upload and download FW and CFG and manage clients' accounts and users.

Required information:

Partner name

Service Provider account name (by default the same as Partner name)

Account type (Standart or Admin lite)

Steps:

1. Manager addresses [email protected] with request to create “admin panel” or “admin-lite panel”, and provides the required information specified in Required information.

2. After request received, connect to ERP system and proceed with following steps:

  1. Go to “Accounting”.

  2. Go to “Partners”.

  3. Find Partner specified by manager in e-mail. (If the page is not yet created request sales manager to create it).

3. Open Partner found

  1. Go to “TrustTrack” tab.

  2. Check if it has Service Provider assigned.

  3. If there is no Service Provider assigned, press Edit and assign Service Provider “Ruptela test”, then press Save button (it will appear in Edit button place when edited).

4. Now create service provider according following steps:

  1. Go to SimRent tab.

  2. Press Trust Track service provider

In this window all Service Providers can be found

  1. Press Create.
    *Service provider can be „Suspended“ from services and „Activated“ again in this window. Press on service provider and you‘ll see „Suspend“ or „Activate“ buttons.

  1. Insert Service Provider name (as provided by manager, it usually is the same as Partner name)

  2. Select server: ruptela.

  3. Select Start Date current date.

  4. Select End Date one year after (example, today is 2019-01-01, select End Date 2020-01-01)

  5. Select Fiscal client for billing same Partner as provided by manager unless otherwise stated by manager.

  6. Press Save.

5. Now go to back to Accounting>Partners and assign the Service Provider you just created under the TrustTrack section:

6. Login to LCM super admin and proceed with following steps:

  1. Press Service Provider.

  2. Press Ctrl+F and search for created Service Provider by it‘s name.

  3. Press Edit.

  1. Select Templates (assign "standart" or "admin-lite" template according to manager notes in e-mail).

  2. Create Login (any name related to company name) and Password (try to not use obvious password) for client.

  3. Select TT2.

  4. Select any payment plan from the list.

Scroll all the way down and press Save:

7. Inform sales manager that account was created.

8. Forward the credentials only to the client in a separate email.
