How to activate/suspend Service Provider access to LCM

Description:

Due to debt, a Service Provider may be suspended from accessing his LCM account (this action will not block his end users, and tracking data will still be received and processed).

Once the debt has been settled, Service Provider access may be activated again.

Both requests must come from Finance or the particular Sales manager.

Required information:

Service Provider name

Steps:

1- Connect to Ruptela VPN.

3- Click on SIM&Rent and then on Trust Track Service Provider

4- Search by Service Provider name. A record will appear, you can check TRUSTTRACK STATE column to know the current state of the Service Provider:

5- Click on the record and on the Suspend button if you have to block it.

6- You will notice that TrustTrack State changes to Suspended:

From this moment on Service Provider is blocked and will not be able to access his LCM account, this message will appear instead:

In order to unblock Service Provider follow the same process but click on Activate button instead.
