Steps:

1- From the ticket itself, start an Email side conversation. (Vodafone will only accept queries coming from [email protected])

2- Send the email to [email protected] and describe the issue with all the necessary information, then click on Send.

3- Set ticket status to Standby, when an answer is received in the side conversation, the ticket will be reopened.
