Description
This knowledge article will cover all the necessary actions to be taken once an employee leaves Ruptela. Actions must be performed NOT BEFORE the last working day of said employee.
Required
Administrative access to Confluence/Jira | Contact the Head of Support for such access |
Workflow
HR will set the last working date on the SageHR application for a specific employee.
On the before, the SageHR application will automatically send an email to support@ruptela.com with a copy for msp@bluebridge.lt containing the title "Block employee", consequently a Zendesk ticket and a ticket on BlueBridge system will be created.
The person who gets the Zendeks ticket will perform only one action:
Remove account from Confluence/Jira
Once this action has been done, the ticket can be closed.
FYI. BlueBridge will execute their part and also close their ticket on their system but we will not receive any feedback on that.
These are all the actions to be taken, they are split into two groups, the one executed by us (Ruptela) and the those which are executed by BlueBridge.
Executed by us (Ruptela):
Remove Confluence/Jira user
Executed by BlueBridge:
Disable AD Account
Unassign O365 Licenses
Remove user from all mailing groups
Delete OpenVPN account
Delete LDAP account
