How to check SIM payment plan in the ERP system

  1. Login to the ERP system using your Ldap login:
    ​https://erp.ruptela.lt/

  2. Choose TRUSTTRACK INTEGRATION:

  3. Depending on which service the customer uses, we choose TrustTrack objects or SIM & Rent objects.

TrustTrack objects:

In the search field we put the available data (name, IMEI, customer, IMSI).
The plan is described in the Payment Plan column.
If the plan is Term Terminuota or GIRTEKA Terminuota, this means the service is disabled (SIM must be deactivated).
If the plan has a caption (pilnas) - SIM must be able to send data in Europe and CIS countries.
If the plan has an entry (EU) or (ES) - SIM must be able to send data only in Europe.

SIM & Rent objects:

In the search field we put the available data (name, IMEI, customer, IMSI).
The plan is described in the Payment Plan column.
If the plan is S&R_TERMINATED, this means the service is disabled (SIM must be deactivated).

1. Specifies where the object is used (NTT - not our server, TT- TrustTrack).
2. Specifies which plan should be selected for data transmission:

  • SIMEU(SIM_EU)- Only Europe

  • SIMCIS(SIM_CIS)- Only CIS countries

  • SIMEUCIS(SIM_EU_CIS)- Europe and CIS countries

  • SIMAFR(SIM_AFR)- Africa

  • SIMME(SIM_ME)- Middle East

  • SIMLT(SIM_LT)- Only Europe

In the ERP system, the plans are changed from the management side.

SIM plans must be changed only after approval by management.

If you do not have any described fields in the ERP system, contact your direct manager.
