Tele2 - Activation / deactivation of SIM cards:

General information:

  • At the end of each month, all SIM cards are transferred to the 5MB 1SMS FlexPool PZ1 + 10 –Ruptela plan and if the SIM card tries again to connect to the operator from the CIS countries, the plan will automatically change to 5MB 1SMS FlexPool Balkan + CIS + EU-Ruptela.

  • If the SIM card does not transmit data for more than 30 days, the SIM card is automatically transferred to the status of Activation Ready, if the card starts to generate traffic, it is automatically transferred to the status of Activated

  • Sim cards are automatically activated as soon as the traffic of a new SIM card exceeds 50kB or the SIM card sends 10 SMS.

  • The default plan with which SIM cards are stored received from suppliers: Pay As Use - Ruptela

  • The plan for data transmission in the CIS countries (5MB 1SMS FlexPool Balkan + CIS + EU-Ruptela), on the SIM card is activated automatically as soon as the SIM card tries to connect to any operator of the CIS countries.

  • The plan used for data transmission in Europe: 5MB 1SMS FlexPool PZ1 + 10 –Ruptela (Data SMS MO / MT - EU + 3 - Ruptela)

  • The plan used for data transmission to the CIS countries and the Balkans: 5MB 1SMS FlexPool Balkan + CIS + EU- Ruptela (Data SMS MO / MT - Balkan + CIS + EU - Ruptela)

  1. Find required SIM card:

  2. Click on ICCID to go to SIM card details:
