Day before public holidays:

Normally based on the law you can finish your work day one hour earlier.

You have three options:

  1. Work usual schedule (7-16/8-17/9-18) and register 1 hour of overtime in ERP, which it will be paid x1.5.

  2. Work usual schedule (7-16/8-17/9-18) and get 2 hours of free time. You should inform me about that. You should use in the same quarter.

  3. Work one hour less (7-15/8-16/9-17)as the rest of the company does. Please inform and agree separately with manager.

Public holidays on Friday:

In Friday we work one hour less from the time we save by having lunch breaks of 45 min instead of 60 min.

For work on public holidays you getting paid for time which you worked, and normally Friday rule should be applied here.

You have three options:

  1. Work usual schedule (7-16/8-17/9-18) and register 8 hours of overtime in ERP, which will be paid x1.5. Use that week's saved hour as free time in some other day. Please inform and agree separately with manager.

  2. Work one hour less (7-15/8-16/9-17) and register 8 hours of overtime in ERP. Please inform and agree separately with manager.

  3. Work usual schedule (7-16/8-17/9-18) and swap this day for a day off on a date of your choice, preferably in the same quarter. Please inform and agree separately with manager.
