Issue description:
The client is complaining that he receives Ruptela products news, critical incident communication, etc. and he does not want to receive it. This article explains how to remove the client from Ruptela newsletter mailing list in the MailerLite platform.
Cause of the issue:
Possibly, the client was not removed after the contract ended in the list of recipients automatically, therefore shall be removed manually;
The client does not know how to unsubscribe himself.
Troubleshooting steps:
Try to explain to the clients that they can unsubscribe themselves by clicking the"Unsubscribe" button in the received email:

3. Next, press on "Subscribers":
4. Click on βSearch all subscribersβ
5. Enter the client's email (or part of it) and press ENTER:
6. Click on the subscriber's email:
7. On this module, there are several options of how to modify subscriber. The most commonly used might be:
7.1. Unsubscribe from ALL communication (best for cases when client has already terminated their contract):

7.2. Unsubscribe only from communication in English language:
7.3. Unsubscribe from other irrelevant communication (may be clarified with the client).
Expected outcome:
After these steps, the client will stop receiving Ruptela newsletters.
