Description of the issue: The Client has its email verified but is getting and error error "You have not been fully migrated. Please contact your service provider." when trying to change his password from Account settings:

When trying to change/recover password from main page, the client is getting a System error:

Troubleshooting steps:

Note: To use this functionality, all client's objects should be migrated to TT2.

  1. On Locator Control Manager, click on "Clients" section and find client:

  2. After finding the needed client, click on View/Edit;

  3. After opening the client page, select ‘‘Disable TT1‘‘ (tick the checkbox) and click "Save";

  4. If successful, you will receive notification, that all changes were saved and „reverse Geocoding Settings Will be Updated in 1 hour“:

Result: The customer will be able to change/recover their password using Password recovery links.
