Description:

From time to time there is a need to block / unblock end-users (otherwise known as Clients or Companies in LCM) access to TT2.

If You will receive a request from Sales to block / unblock Service provider's end users, please follow these steps.

Required information:

Scenario 1: If request comes from Service Provider himself (usually to block an end-use in debt with the Service Provider):

End-user name/s

Scenario 2: If request comes from Ruptela Finance department (usually to block all end-users from an in-debt Service Provider):

Service Provider name

Recommended Tools:

Steps:

1. [Scenario 2 only] Service Provider may be already suspended by Finance, you need to temporarily activate it in order to perform end-user blocking. See how HERE.

3. Go to Service Providers

4. Search for the Service Provider and click on Edit.

5. Activate „Pay for clients“ and click on Save.

6. Logout from LCM superadmin

7. Login again using this particular Service Provider login credentials.

8. Go to Pay for clients module.

9. Replace the date values in "Valid to" from the current form to a date in the past for the target end-user.

[Scenario 2 only] If all end-users must be blocked, use the Search and Replace add-on to speed up the process.

From this moment on, modified end-users can no longer access their TT2 accounts.

12. Logout of Service Provider LCM.

13. [Scenario 2 only] In case Service Provider must also be blocked, suspend him in ERP.

Unblocking end-users:

To unblock service providers end users follow same steps but instead change date back to a future one in „pay for clients“, usually: 2100-01-01.
