Tachograph troubleshooting - Authorization error

Description of the issue:

Authorization error is being displayed when trying to download DDD files from the tachograph. This happens because authorisation to download the file, either Driver of Tacho, which is gotten from the Company card, failed to be obtained for some reason.

4- Pass all the information to 2nd line.
