Description: Majority or all DDD downloads are failing with Authorization or Device communication errors, while company card in not expired. Lisle Design Smart card reader is being used.

Possible reasons of the issue:
Tachograph app does not communicate properly with the reader.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Open Tachograph App, module "Cards". The window should look like this (all connected cards are recognized):
In case cards are not recognized, check all parts of the rack installation.
2. Disconnect the Reader from the PC and Power supply. Leave it for several minutes.
3. Check Tachograph app. In case the cards are still displayed as connected, it means the app is stuck.
4. Restart the app (Right-click on the icon, select "Exit" and launch the app again):
5. Connect the Reader to the power supply and PC via USB. All connected company cards should start appearing in "Cards" module one-by-one within several seconds. In case the cards do not appear in the Tachograph app, check all parts of the rack installation.
6. Check TrustTrack DDD download module a bit later whether the issue is resolved.
7. In case the issue persists, save Tacho app logs to your computer from this folder and consult with 2nd line/Global EU support (deeper investigation may be needed):
