Description:

The client makes a request to configure the display of data in the RNiS system (for the possibility of entering the territory of the city of Moscow

Cause:

Additional configuration of the tracker is required in order for the data to be transmitted to the RNiS system. This is necessary, since without sending data to this system, entry into the territory of the city of Moscow will be prohibited (similar requirements as for sending data for Sent-Geo or Hu-Go, but here are somewhat different specifics).

Actions:

  1. unlock the ip / port of the tracker (it is better to send gprs commands in the "Device cfg update" tab)

To complete the unlock, the tracker must communicate with the TrustTrack server. When the unlock command is completed, the status will be shown as in the photo

Config lock status "Success"

2. configure in the tracker
ip2 178.208.130.54
Port2 4444
(by activating data transfer to two servers by pressing the "two servers" button)

Please be aware that the specified settings (especially port 4444) work with the TCP data transfer protocol. Therefore, to work with our server, you must also set port 9015 for the TCP protocol.

It is also important to recall that even after configuring ip2/port2 as indicated in the instructions, but using 3rd generation trackers (Pro3/Tco3/Eco3) - since 3rd generation trackers do not provide data transfer to 2 servers - this functionality will not work will. To work with Rnis, you need to use only 4th and 5th generation trackers.

for configuration many objects at once, you can also send SMS to all objects

YourSMSPassword setcfg 111 178.208.130.54, 121 4444, 145 1

a reply SMS about the successful configuration of the parameters will be as follows:

«Configuration parameter(s) was set!»

If you receive a text message like this:

«You do not have permission to change the settings»

then unlock the tracker did not work and you need to re-send the command to unlock the tracker (as indicated in the step 1 ).

3. set the lock ip/port for the tracker (it is better to send gprs commands in the "Device cfg update" tab)

mceclip4.png

When the lock command is completed, the status will be shown as in the photo

Config lock status "Success"

4. inform the client of the imei tracker, the type of tracker (Tco4, Pro4, etc.).

5. inform client, that for registering in the RNIS system https://rnis.mos.ru/ client will need to enter imei, tracker`s type (details from (4)) and indicate the protocol - "Ruptela" (not EGTS or any others) Registration and data entry is carried out by the client (since a certain identification of the client is required) following the instructions on the system website https://rnis.mos.ru/

Info for client:

6. It is also important to notify the manager, since this functionality will double the traffic consumption (since information will be sent to 2 servers).
