Description of the issue: the customer or the sales manager is asking to perform a factory reset for the tablet in order to unlock it.
Required information:
IMEI number of the tablet
Approval of the responsible sales manager to perform tablet factory reset
Steps:
1. Login to Samsung KNOX platform:
Note: ask your direct manager for access.
2. Select "Devices" and input the IMEI in the search field:
Note: in case you cannot find the device in KNOX platform, check SureMDM platform
3. Click on the actual IMEI of the device needed and select "Delete device(s)".
4. Inform the client/sales manager about the changes and ask them to perform a physical factory reset using keys on the tablet.
